Acceptable Use Policy

Purpose

This policy describes content and conduct that are not allowed on Charme Dance AI (charmedanceai.net). It applies to photos you upload, any text you enter, and the outputs we generate for you.

Prohibited content

You may not use the service to create, request, or distribute content that includes any of the following:

• Sexual or nude content of any kind
• Anything involving minors (zero tolerance; we report such material to the relevant authorities)
• Impersonation, deceptive synthetic media, or making a real person appear to say or do something they did not
• Celebrities, politicians, and other public figures
• Using anyone's photo without their consent
• Harassment, bullying, hate, violence, or self-harm
• Intellectual-property infringement, including copyrighted music, film or TV characters, logos, and trademarks
• Illegal content or activity of any kind
• Spam or abuse of the service, including attempts to bypass the safety checks

Enforcement

Automatic checks run on the text prompt, the uploaded photo, and the generated output before anything is shown. Blocked requests are not charged.

Repeat violations lead to account suspension or termination, and credits used for violating content are not refunded.

Reporting abuse

To report content or behaviour that violates this policy, email support@charmedanceai.net with a description of the issue and any relevant links or screenshots. We review every report and act promptly.
