This policy explains what Charme Dance AI (charmedanceai.net) collects, why, and how long it is kept.

Data we collect

• Account data: your email address and authentication records
• The photos you upload and the outputs we generate for you
• Payment metadata from our payment processors (order identifier, product, amount, currency, timestamps, refund status) — we never see or store full card numbers
• Usage analytics (pages visited, events such as sign-ups and purchases)
• Cookies and similar storage needed to keep you signed in and measure the service

How we use it

We use this data to run your account, deliver generations, process payments, keep the service secure, and understand how the service is used. We do not sell your data.

Photos and outputs

Uploaded photos are deleted within 24 hours after the generation job finishes or fails. Generated outputs are kept for up to 30 days and then deleted.

We do not use your photos or outputs to train models, and we do not publish them in a gallery.

Service providers

We share data only with the providers needed to run the service, each under its own privacy terms:

• Cloud hosting and storage providers
• AI generation providers that create the requested output from your photo
• Content-safety providers that screen uploads and outputs
• Payment processors such as PayPal and card processors
• Email delivery providers
• Analytics providers such as Google Analytics

International transfers

Some providers process data in other countries. Where required, transfers rely on appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses.

Security

We use industry-standard measures to protect data in transit and at rest. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure; contact us immediately if you suspect a problem.

Your rights

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, or object to certain processing, by emailing support@charmedanceai.net. We respond to verified requests within a reasonable time.

Children

The service is not directed at anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect data from them.

We may update this policy. Material changes are posted on this page with a new "Last updated" date.
