Failed or blocked generations
If a generation fails, or the output is blocked by our safety check, the credits charged for that attempt are returned to your balance automatically, once per attempt. You can spend them on another generation.
Unused credit packs
Unused credit packs can be refunded within 7 days of purchase, as long as no credits from that pack have been used. Used credits are not refundable, except where required by law.
How to request a refund
Email support@charmedanceai.net with the email address on the order and the approximate purchase date. We handle every request individually.
Processing time
Approved refunds are sent to the original payment method within 5–10 business days by the payment processor that handled the payment.
Chargebacks
Opening a chargeback instead of contacting us may lead to account suspension while the dispute is reviewed.
