Acceptance of these terms

These Terms of Service govern your use of Charme Dance AI (the service at charmedanceai.net). By creating an account, buying credits, or generating content, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and old enough to form a binding contract where you live. By using the service you confirm that you meet these requirements.

Your account

You are responsible for all activity on your account and for keeping your sign-in credentials secure. Tell us promptly if you believe your account has been misused.

Credits and payments

Charme Dance AI sells one-time credit packs only. There is no subscription: nothing renews and nothing is charged later. Prices are shown on the /pricing page before you pay, and payments are processed by third-party payment processors; we never see or store your full card number.

Each generation costs a fixed number of credits shown before you confirm. Purchased credits do not expire. Taxes may apply where required by law.

Your content and licence

You keep ownership of the photos you upload. You grant us a limited licence to process your photo solely to generate the output you requested and to operate the safety checks described below.

You must own the photo or have the explicit permission of every person in it. Every person in the photo must be an adult. Do not upload a photo of anyone who has not agreed to this use.

AI-generated output

Outputs are fictional AI renderings. They do not depict anything a real person actually said or did, and we do not guarantee that any output resembles a real person.

When you share an output, you must label it as AI-generated and must not present it as real footage or as endorsed by any person shown or referenced.

Prohibited uses

You must follow our Acceptable Use Policy (https://charmedanceai.net/acceptable-use-policy), which lists content and conduct that are not allowed. We may refuse or remove any request or output that violates it.

Automated safety checks

Text, uploaded photos, and generated outputs pass through automated safety checks before anything is shown. We may refuse a request or remove an output that fails these checks, at our discretion. Blocked requests are not charged.

Disclaimer of warranties

The service and all outputs are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. AI output may be inaccurate, unpredictable, or not unique, and we do not guarantee any likeness, quality, or fitness for a particular purpose.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service. Our total aggregate liability for any claim related to the service is capped at the total amount you actually paid us in the twelve (12) months before the event giving rise to the claim. Where applicable law does not allow these limits, they apply to the maximum extent permitted.

Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims, damages, and expenses arising out of your content, your use of the service, or your breach of these terms, including any claim that you lacked permission to use a photo you uploaded.

Termination

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or the Acceptable Use Policy. Credits forfeited due to misuse are not refunded.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes are posted on this page with a new "Last updated" date. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
